水性油墨是由有机颜料,连结料、溶剂和相关助剂混合而成的,它具有两个显著的特点:一是黏度低,流动性好;二是利于环保。随着人类环保意识的增强,水性油墨已在国内外的包装印刷和商业印刷中得到广泛应用。 Water based ink is a mixture of organic pigments, binders, solvents and related additives. It has two distinct characteristics: one is low viscosity, good liquidity; the other is conducive to environmental protection. With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, water-based ink has been widely used in packaging printing and commercial printing at home and abroad. 干燥与附着机理 Drying and adhesion mechanism 1. 干燥机理 1. Drying mechanism 水性油墨从液态变为固态固着在承印物上,这一干燥过程分两个阶段完成:一是初期干燥阶段,用初干性表示,是指水性油墨由液态变为半固态,不能再流动转移;二是彻底干燥阶段,用彻干性表示,半固态水性油墨中的连结料发生反应完全干固成膜。初干和彻干统称为水性油墨的固着干燥。根据印刷基材的不同,水性油墨的干燥方式可分为挥发、渗透等几种。 The drying process of water-based ink from liquid to solid is completed in two stages: the first stage is the initial drying stage, which means that the water-based ink changes from liquid to semi-solid and can not flow and transfer again; the second is the complete drying stage, which is indicated by the thoroughness.
