二、开机前检查规程

Two. Inspection procedures before opening

1. 每天上班前必须保证8小时的睡眠时间，提前十分钟到场，严禁酒后上班。

2. 严禁携带易燃易爆物品进入车间。

2. it is strictly forbidden to carry inflammable and explosive materials into the workshop.

3. 上岗前必须穿戴工作服、工作帽和安全鞋，头发和着装必须符合公司规范。

4. 首先检查水、电、气是否正常。

5. 送电前检查设备所处状态，安全防护板、防护网、防护锁及安全关机设施是否正常。

6. 合闸送电，打开压缩空气开关。

7. 检查设备按钮状态，放下压辊防护开关。

8. 检查设备前后张力、排风系统是否正常。

9. 更换胶辊时用手将胶辊稳住后再下降气缸，防止胶辊滑落。

10. 倒油墨、溶剂和调墨搅拌时不能用力太猛，以免油墨溅入眼睛造成伤害。

11. 更换和磨刮刀时必须小心，不能用力过猛，防止划伤。

12. 上下版辊和胶辊，必须两人配合操作。装版时手不能放在版的两端，防止夹伤。

13. 16、必须使用专用上料车上料和卸料，确认料装好后才能拉开上料车，防止材料掉下砸伤。

15. 检查所生产材料是否穿好，检查和保持车间相对环境湿度，防止静电起火。

三、生产过程操作规程

1. 印刷车间禁止金属物之间撞击，防止火星引发火灾。

2. 开动设备必须鸣笛，通知相关人员注意，确认安全后方可开机。

3. 开机时不允许松开顶版和夹料装置。

4. 设备运转过程中，不许用手触摸转动导辊、压辊、齿轮等。

5. 擦胶辊过程中，禁止戴手套擦洗胶辊两端油墨。

6. 设备开机后如果调整刮刀或挑刀线，必须机长处理，副手监护，必要时停机处理。

7. 设备运转过程中，如果胶辊上有异物，必须停机处理。

8. 收卷、放卷不能正常进行时，必须停机修理。

9. 当接料失败或断料时严禁用手拉拽断膜。

10. 断膜穿料上设备高处时，必须注意安全，防止人员从高处滑落。

11. 随时清理遗撒在地面的油墨及溶剂，避免操作人员滑倒。

12. 设备运行过程中如出现异常紧急事故应立即按下紧急停机按钮或急停线。

13. 对设备进行维修或检查时，各传动、驱动系必须在停机状态下进行。

四、生产结束检查规程

Four. Inspection rules for the end of production

1. 将设备按钮复位。

2. 将胶辊锁定防止下落。

3. 关闸电源和关闭压缩空气。

4.  清理地面和设备,将原材料、油墨、溶剂全部回库，不许滞留机台。
