Two. Strict requirements for daily maintenance and maintenance of equipment

1：每天早上机长在开机前，要检查印刷设备的观察视窗、液晶屏和控制台是否有异常。

2：检查墨斗上的挡片是否按紧顶死，以避免印刷过程中出现漏墨现象，导致印刷设备的侧壁堆积油墨。

2: check whether the retaining piece on the ink fountain is tightly pressed to death, so as to avoid ink leakage in printing process, resulting in ink accumulation on the side walls of printing equipment.

3：在生产过程中，操作人员衣服的袖口、下摆应扣紧，操作人员应穿软底球鞋，不允许在设备踏板上堆放杂物（如油墨桶、油壶、洗车水和等），在打开挡板机罩时应轻拉轻放，不允许抛扔工具。

3: in the process of production, the sleeves and hem of the operator's clothes should be fastened. The operators should wear soft ground shoes. They should not be allowed to pile up sundries on the equipment pedals (such as ink buckets, oil bottles, car washing water and so on).

4：检查橡皮滚筒、印版滚筒的清洁状态。在早上没有生产之前，厂房往往比较安静，这时候应该低速运转设备，检查是否有异常声音，仔细听每个印刷单元的气路，检查气管是否有老化开裂、气缸漏气的现象。很多印刷企业都不重视气路漏气的问题，他们往往忽略了气路漏气不仅会加速气泵老化，还会造成生产中水路、墨路合压不到位，最终影响印品质量。

4: check the cleaning condition of rubber roller and printing plate cylinder. Before the production in the morning, the factory is often quiet, this time should be low speed operation equipment, check whether there is abnormal sound, carefully listen to each printing unit gas road, check whether the trachea has aging cracking, cylinder leakage phenomenon. Many printing enterprises do not pay attention to gas leakage problems, they often ignore the gas leakage will not only accelerate the gas pump aging, but also cause the production of water road, ink road pressure is not in place, and ultimately affect the quality of printing products.
