Printability of common printed materials

塑料薄膜的印刷，要求待印基材膜符合以下五点要求：

The printing of plastic film requires that the substrate to be printed meets the following five requirements.

①表面光滑平整，无明显僵块、黄黑点、孔洞，无过多的皱褶。

1. The surface is smooth and smooth. There is no obvious rigid block, yellow spots and holes, and no excessive wrinkles.

②待印基材薄膜的平均厚度误差应在10%以内（1m印刷宽度时）。

2. The average thickness error of substrate to be printed should be less than 10% (1m printing width).

③在印刷张力下，待印基材膜的伸长率应在1%以内。

(3) under the printing tension, the elongation of the substrate to be printed should be less than 1%.

④待印基材膜的表面张力≧40dyn/cm。

The surface tension of the substrate to be printed more than 40dyn/cm film.

⑤事先了解基材薄膜同印刷油墨之间的亲和性情况对于易于印刷墨中溶剂溶解和溶胀的薄膜，印刷速度和油墨的浓度可能大一些。涂布基材膜涂布层印刷时，应了解涂布树脂同油墨的附着力如何。

It is possible to know the affinity between the substrate and the printing ink in advance for the film which is easy to dissolve and expand in the printing ink, and the printing speed and the concentration of ink may be larger. We should know the adhesion between the coating resin and the ink when printing the coating layer of the coating material.
