凹版印刷使用水性油墨,这三点一个不能少
Intaglio printing uses water-based ink, these three point one can not be less.
1、印版
1, printing plate
印版采用电子雕刻凹版或激光雕刻凹版,网穴深度为15---25um,浅于溶剂墨凹版。这是由于水墨是采用自来水生产,水的沸点较溶剂高,因此,水墨不易挥发,而版浅能提高印刷速度,避免出现水波纹。如果使用溶剂型油墨印刷,印版的网穴深度为35---40um,容易产生水波纹;但使用水墨印刷,印版网穴深度在25um以上时,也会有水波纹现象,所以选用合适的印版至关重要。使用时可用水调节油墨黏度,控制涂-4黏度为15----25秒/25℃。粘度过高,会造成油墨的转移性能较差,易造成脏版、糊版等弊病。

This is because the ink is the use of tap water production, the boiling point of water is higher than the solvent, so the ink is not easy to volatilize, and the plate can improve the speed of printing and avoid the appearance of water waves. If using solvent type ink printing, the net hole depth of the plate is 35---40um, it is easy to produce water waves, but the use of ink printing, the depth of the plate net point at more than 25um, will also have water ripple phenomenon, so it is very important to choose a suitable printing plate. When used, the viscosity of the ink can be adjusted by water, and the viscosity of the coated -4 shall be controlled at 15----25 seconds /25 C. Excessive viscosity will cause ink transfer performance is poor, easy to cause dirty plate, paste plate and other ills.
2、良好的干燥设备

烘干温度应根据承印物的不同、印刷面积的大小而定。如铝箔酒标印刷,烘干温度在100℃以上;塑料薄膜印刷,烘干温度在50~60℃为宜。风力应比使用溶剂型油墨强,因为热风可以使水墨转移到承印物上后迅速干燥。
The drying temperature should be determined according to the size of the substrate and the size of the printing area. Such as aluminum foil label printing, drying temperature above 100 degrees; plastic film printing, drying temperature at 50~60 degrees. The wind power should be stronger than using solvent based ink, because hot air can transfer ink to the substrate quickly.
3、表面处理
3. Surface treatment
除铝箔、真空镀铝膜、纸张外,所有的塑料薄膜在进行水墨印刷前需进行电火花处理,使其表面张力达到0.04N/m以上。以水为主溶剂生产的水墨,由于水的表面张力在0.072N/m左右,可见水墨的表面张力与薄膜的表面张力差距较大,会影响水墨在承印物上的附着力,提高塑料薄膜的表面张力,则可改善印刷图案在薄膜上的附着性。
